Mental wellbeing and resilience are at the forefront of New Zealanders minds as we emerge from Covid. In addition, our children are facing the challenges of navigating bullying, lack of confidence, stress and anxiety.
Our Kelly Sports Wellness Programme aims to help students feel equipped and have a better understanding of why being physically active is an important part of their overall wellbeing.

This programme can also support your teachers to reestablish habits of being physically active and empowering students to look after their wellbeing and stress/anxiety levels while in the classroom and at home.
Reducing stress and anxiety of students through healthy, physical interaction.
Helping to safeguard well-being of students and teachers.
Supporting teachers to gain the skill set to be able to replicate these lessons.
Equipping students to recognise the need for behavioural breaks and to have the tools from activities they learn to do this.
Encouraging and support social skills (communication, teamwork, empathy, and confidence) with peers through game play.
Enabling teachers to have the opportunity to play alongside their students with support from Kelly Sports staff to build on class culture and relationships.
